expanded the Board to four members effective September 7, 1999, with the
addition of Mr. Donald H. Stevens.
Mr. Stevens currently serves as Vice
President Capital Markets and Treasurer of Forest Oil Corporation (NYSE: FST - news)
an oil and gas company with an enterprise value in excess of $1.2 billion.
Over the past 15 years prior to joining Forest, Mr. Stevens was in various
